The Northwest Mountain MSDC is moving offices—to a building just half a mile away from its current home.
As of April 1, the Council’s address will be: 545 Andover Park West, Suite 109, Tukwila, 98188. The public is invited to an open house April 21, 22, and 23 to tour the new office and chat with Council staff. Light refreshments will be provided.
The move was spurred by upcoming rent increases and was primarily an expense management strategy, says Fernando Martinez, Council president and CEO. But Council staff is also taking the opportunity to develop a more open, more modern space that better integrates technology and collaborative features.
“We’re moving to a space where we can contain our costs, modernize our appearance to reflect our new model, and modernize our technology so that we can more efficiently communicate with all seven of our states,” Martinez said.
