About Building Care: Seattle Children's, Sellen and ZGF Architects are teaming together once again to design and build the newest addition to Seattle Children's Seattle Campus: Building Care, also known as Forest B. The new building will be an eight-story, LEED Silver hospital facility with approximately 325,000 square feet. It will house a new hematology/oncology clinic, infusion center, operating rooms, inpatient pharmacy, procedural suites, heart center clinic, clinical laboratory space and helistop on the roof. Future build-outs may include imaging space. The project will break ground in winter 2019.
