JOB ORDER CONTRACTING
Job Order Contracting (JOC) is an excellent vehicle for small businesses to pursue work opportunities at the UW as these projects, valued at $350,000 or less, mandate that 90% of the total dollar amount of work performed must be executed by contractors.

CONTSTRUCTION & DESIGN ENTREPRENEURS
The November 18th meeting of Construction & Design Entrepreneurs will feature the University of Washington’s annual Job Order Contracting Outreach Event, co-hosted by UW Job Order Contractors, Centennial Contractors Enterprises and FORMA Construction.
This free event is intended to provide small, minority and women-owned subcontractors with information about the specific requirements of JOC as well as an overview of upcoming projects. There will also be an opportunity to meet with Centennial and FORMA to learn how to qualify for their roster of prospective subcontractors.
